Abstract
The objective of this research is to develop organic form fertilizer which can solve the disadvantages of chemical nutrient solution fertilizers. Test fertilizer was made that 10 minerals and NPK (9.2 : 3.78 : 30.5) contents are same, and the AGHRinger-F which were made based on chemical fertilizer (Ringer-F), Vitamin-C by Medinutral Co., Ltd was used for entire test period. Test was conducted for 69 days of injected fertilization for 25 seedlings of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L, Jeok Chi Ma) as 1 test group under soil culture in facility house. For evaluation, basic growth investigation was carried out for 3 individuals by test group after 14 days from transplant of lettuce seedlings, and afterward, in every 7 days soil temperature change and total output production during 69 days were investigated. According to the evaluation result, soil temperature was increased from 20¡É at transplanting up to 31¡Éfinally, which showed typical high temperature condition, and there was no bolting suppression effect related to extension of production period. The total production output of Lettuce if Ringer-F was 118~128% comparing to traditional treatment plot, an AGHRinger-F showed 104~123% which was similar increase of crop. The optimum treatment concentration at the beginning stage of growth stage was; Ringer-F were 4,000 times and AGHRinger-F was 2,000 times. Effective treatment concentration related to post growth and increase of crop effect was; Ringer-F was 1,000~4,000 times and AGHRinger-F was 1,000~2,000 times. In conclusion, based on the evaluation result of mineral bio absorption and utilization rate, chemical fertilizer was more effective in post growth rather than initial growth, while organic fertilizer was effective entirely. Accordingly, the organic fertilizer produced based on Vitamin-C has no difference comparing to chemical fertilizer in fertilizer effect. And there was no significant difference in fertilizer efficacy in comparing to organic fertilizer.
